**Responsibilities**
As a Part-time Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our clients' products and services
* Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review
* Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review and developing a knowledge base of our evolving products and services
* Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer experiences
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends and product updates to provide informed and accurate responses to customer inquiries
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it's a plus!)
* Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt to change
* A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service
* A willingness to learn and grow with our company, with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and product updates
**Requirements**
* Must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, or Wisconsin
* Own a computer or laptop with a webcam and microphone
* Be available to attend four weeks of paid, remote training via Zoom, Tuesday through Saturday from 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM EDT
* Be able to work five days a week, including a Saturday or Sunday
