As a Part Time Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for providing world-class service to our customers by processing incoming orders, resolving customer inquiries, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This is a 100% remote position, and you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. **Responsibilities** As a Part Time Customer Care Associate at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: * Ensuring that sales are captured by responding to customers and entering orders accurately and efficiently in SAP. * Ensuring customer inquiries are successfully resolved through the use of multiple customer support tools, including conducting research in SAP and/or contacting business units as appropriate. * Maintaining a world-class standard by successfully performing against department scorecards and metrics. * Identifying and seeking to continuously exceed service requirements of business units by building and managing relationships with customers and contacts at each unit. * Establishing and maintaining world-class customer relations by developing a rapport and actively listening to gain more information where necessary by providing consultative support and recommendations. * Identifying and evaluating opportunities to increase customer retention, maintain customer confidence, and protect operations by keeping information confidential, and sustain satisfaction by suggesting alternatives to out of stock or limited quantity items and informing customers of available deals, etc. * Conducting safe and responsible interactions with the public. **Qualifications** To be successful as a Part Time Customer Care Associate at arenaflex, you will need to possess the following qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Basic PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs. * No previous experience required. * Must be a results-oriented professional with verbal/written communication skills using diplomacy and discretion as well as customer service skills. * Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail, and meet deadlines. * Utilize sound judgment and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, team environment. **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: * Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or equivalent training and work experience. * 1-2 years previous experience in a customer service role. * Experience in consumer products or distribution industry. **Competencies** As a Part Time Customer Care Associate at arenaflex, you will be accountable for meeting your own targets, and your work will be reviewed periodically.
