As a Part Time Customer Care Representative, you'll be part of a collaborative team that's driven by a shared vision of excellence and customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** As a Part Time Customer Care Representative, your primary responsibilities will include: * Providing exceptional customer service through inbound calls, electronic correspondence, and written communication * Utilizing electronic time management systems to input time and attendance * Maintaining status to accept telephone and electronic constituent orders and requests * Analyzing customer communication to offer appropriate sales recommendations of products that support organizational objectives * Inputting customer requests into database and researching and reviewing billing, product, or shipping questions * Following up with constituents as necessary * Reading and analyzing incoming e-mails and correspondence of both spiritual and business nature and responding according to written procedures * Extracting mail and performing scanning processes as necessary * Accepting and directing inbound calls to the appropriate department or service * Maintaining confidentiality of all work and adhering to all company policies and procedures **Non-Essential Job Functions** While not essential to the role, you may also be required to: * Make outbound calls as necessary * Maintain confidentiality of all work **Education and Experience** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent * At least one year of customer service experience at arenaflex, preferably in our call-center environment * Demonstrated effective interpersonal and verbal communication skills, including phone skills * Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task efficiently **Computer Skills** As a Part Time Customer Care Representative, you'll need to be proficient in: * MS Office: MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook * Internet research and mobile device applications * Database systems to maintain client account information * Excellent keyboarding skills **Certificates & Licenses** You may be required to complete human resources skills testing in MS Word and MS Excel, as well as Spanish-English Translation if you're bilingual. **Competency Statement(s)** As a Part Time Customer Care Representative, you'll be expected to demonstrate: * Quality: Providing high-quality services and products while consistently seeking ways to improve outcomes and enhance service * Accountability: Demonstrating commitment to the position and accepting responsibility for personal actions * Values: Promoting a safe and inclusive environment of integrity and honesty **Physical/Mental Requirements** This role requires: * Sitting/Workstation (C) * Use of Hands/Fingers (C) * Read/See (C) * Talk/Communicate (C) * Standing/Walking (O) * Reaching: Forward (O) * Lifting 10 Max lbs.
