**Responsibilities**
As a Part-time Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing timely and effective responses to all inbound customer enquiries and subscription management requests via email and telephone
* Proactively identifying patterns or trends within the department to continually improve our processes and services
* Continually learning and developing knowledge around our treatments and service offerings to better serve our customers
* Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional customer service
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure we're always delivering the highest level of service
* Participating in regular team meetings and training sessions to ensure seamless communication and knowledge sharing
* Additional tasks may be assigned based on business needs, so you'll need to be flexible and willing to adapt to changing priorities
**Experience Required**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in e-commerce
* Experience working in a remote environment
* Strong computer literacy, written and verbal skills
* Experience with CRM systems such as Freshdesk, Zendesk, or similar
* Experience with a variety of customer contact methods, including email, telephone, live chat
* Excellent time management and organizational skills
* Customer-centric, enthusiastic, and willing to get stuck into other tasks that may be required
* An adequate uninterrupted working space at home to undertake the position

**Shift Pattern**
As a Part-time Customer Experience Specialist, you'll work 16-20 hours per week from 10 am-2 pm daily, Monday to Thursday/Friday.
