**Key Responsibilities**
As a Part-Time Customer Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling inbound calls from customers with inquiries about their recent purchases, including tracking numbers, order statuses, product returns, and other post-purchase needs.
* Utilizing your problem-solving skills to find quick solutions and resolve any issues that may arise.
* Providing empathetic and professional support to frustrated customers, helping to de-escalate situations and turn them into positive experiences.
* Occasionally assisting with upselling or cross-selling when appropriate and necessary, to help customers get the most out of their arenaflex experience.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
* Be at least 18 years old
* Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
* Successfully pass a criminal background check
* Have at least six months of experience in customer service
* Have high-speed internet access, meeting the following speeds:
+ Download speed: 10mbps+
+ Upload speed: 3mbps+
+ Ping: less than 175ms
+ Note: You must have an ethernet connection, no Wi-Fi or satellite internet allowed
* Be able to accurately type at least 30 WPM
* Have a secured workspace with a door that is only accessible to you during work hours
* Familiarity with iOS and/or macOS, or comparable technology, is preferred
* Be flexible with at least 40 hours of availability per week, including at least 8 hours on one weekend day
* Work at least 16 hours per week, with a maximum of 29 hours per week
* Reside in one of our US hiring zones
**Training and Support**
As a new hire, you'll receive comprehensive training to ensure you're equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role. Our training program includes:
* 19 days of full-time hours, working Monday through Friday, 10am – 6:30pm CST, starting the week of July 13th
* Ongoing support and coaching from experienced team members
* Access to our knowledge base and resources to help you stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services
