**Job Summary**
As a Part Time - Customer Service Specialist Intermediate, you will join a team that is quality-driven and focused on delivering exceptional customer service. You will respond to a variety of telephone inquiries on a daily basis, using your exceptional communication skills to resolve issues and provide solutions to our valued clients. This is a part-time, 100% remote position, with a schedule of Monday, Tuesday, and Fridays, 10am to 3pm CST each day.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to a variety of telephone inquiries regarding customer accounts, using exceptional customer service skills to resolve issues and provide solutions.
* Process calls from internal and external customers, maintaining accounts and updating information in various databases.
* Provide explanations of programs, benefits, and policies to customers, ensuring they understand their options and opportunities.
* Track the reason for each call to ensure successful resolution, using data to inform and improve our customer service processes.
* Work collaboratively with other team members to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service.
**Requirements**
* High School Diploma or equivalent required.
* 2+ years of work experience, preferably in a customer service or contact center environment.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
* Good listening skills and a high degree of accuracy required, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Self-starter, requiring little or minimal supervision, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.
* Ability to handle multi-faceted tasks and resolve difficult or pressure situations with minimal supervision.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Customer service experience, contact center experience preferred.
* Location: Fort Worth, TX or Evansville, IN.
* Training Schedule: In-person training schedule 8:30-5:30 pm, Monday through Friday for the first 3 weeks.
* Part-time schedule: Following training, the schedule for this part-time 100% remote position will be Monday, Tuesday, and Fridays, 10am to 3pm CST each day.
