Your primary objective will be to convert conversations into leads that drive revenue growth for our automotive dealer clients. If you're a customer service enthusiast with a passion for technology and a positive attitude, we want to hear from you. **Responsibilities** - Engage and assist customers across various inquiries through online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns. - Deliver exceptional customer service by providing detailed information about our products and services via chat, ensuring that customers have a seamless and satisfying experience. - Facilitate appointment scheduling by focusing on specific appointment details, ensuring that customers are aware of their scheduled appointments and any necessary preparations. - Collect customer contact information for lead generation and client evaluation, helping us to better understand our customers' needs and preferences. - Summarize customer interactions based on their specific needs for client consideration, providing valuable insights that inform our sales and marketing strategies. - Develop and update a repository of knowledge on the latest products and services, ensuring that our team members have access to the most up-to-date information and can provide expert advice to customers. **Work Schedule** We're looking for team members who can commit to working at least 4-hour time blocks between 7:00 AM and 8:30 PM, Monday through Friday. During your first week, you'll train Tuesday through Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, before moving into your regular shift.
