**Responsibilities**
As a Part-time Customer Support Representative – Chat Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Managing a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, ensuring timely and accurate responses
* Providing in-depth information about careerzynith's products and services, highlighting their features and benefits
* Scheduling appointments and capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review
* Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review and analysis
* Developing and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base of careerzynith's evolving products and services
* Collaborating with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (not necessary, but a plus)
* Intermediate internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask
* A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills

**Requirements**
To be considered for this role, you must:
* Be able to work 4-hour time blocks daily, with a minimum of 16+ hours per week
* Attend 5 weeks of training Monday – Friday from 4PM – 8PM
* Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Be able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
* Demonstrate a positive and professional demeanor
