**Responsibilities**
As a Part-time Customer Support Representative – Chat Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
* Managing a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services
* Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments
* Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review
* Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review
* Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (preferred but not necessary)
* Intermediate internet and window-based computer skills
* Strong ability to multitask (gaming experience is a plus!)
* Positive and professional demeanor
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a quick-paced work environment
**Requirements**
To be considered for this role, you must:
* Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Be able to adapt to change and enjoy a fast-paced work environment
* Be available to work 4-hour time blocks daily
* Attend 5 weeks of training Monday – Friday from 4PM – 8PM
* Be flexible with scheduling after completion of training
* Be able to work a minimum of 16+ hours per week
* Be able to type at least 35 WPM (40 and above is preferred)
* Possess a positive and professional demeanor
