**Job Overview**
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will involve working remotely, with the flexibility to choose your own schedule within a set framework. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our internal and external systems, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of client information.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Enter client employee payroll information and personal employee information into databases in a timely and accurate manner
* Update client or company level information changes, such as delivery addresses, contact information, and State Unemployment Insurance rate changes
* Maintain accurate account information and ensure the integrity of client taxes
* Work with clients to resolve any data entry issues or discrepancies
* Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless data entry processes and high-quality results
**Requirements**
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
* At least 1 year of Data Entry experience
* Basic Excel experience and computer knowledge
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong organizational and time management skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel
* Experience working with databases and data entry software
