Role Overview
Orchestrator is seeking a U.S.-licensed corporate attorney to join as a Part-Time In-House Counsel.
This role will support the company’s legal needs across commercial agreements, corporate structuring, and strategic initiatives. You will work closely with company leadership and operate in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including SaaS, enterprise, and partnership contracts
• Support corporate structuring and venture financing activities
• Maintain corporate governance and compliance processes
• Provide guidance on intellectual property, data privacy, and regulatory matters
• Develop internal legal templates, policies, and documentation
• Identify and help mitigate legal risks across business operations
Qualifications
• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, in good standing
• Experience in corporate law, including commercial contracts and/or venture-related matters
• Background in law firms, in-house legal teams, or similar professional environments
• Familiarity with corporate structuring, governance, and compliance practices
• Experience with intellectual property strategy, including patents, is a plus
• Exposure to cross-border or international legal considerations is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Compensation & Benefits
• Initial compensation will be equity-based, reflecting the early-stage nature of the company
• Cash compensation is intended to be introduced as the company reaches defined milestones (e.g., funding or revenue)
