**Responsibilities**
As an Inbound Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about the products and services offered by our automotive dealer clients
* Narrowing down appointment information to schedule appointments and capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review
* Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review and developing a knowledge base of the evolving products and services to ensure you're well-equipped to assist customers effectively
* Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our clients' customers
* Collaborating with our team to achieve sales goals and drive business growth
**Key Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it's a plus!)
* Basic internet and window-based computer skills
* Strong ability to multitask and adapt to change (gaming experience is a plus!)
* Positive and professional demeanor
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work 4-hour time blocks daily and a minimum of 20 hours per week
* Ability to attend 4 weeks of training full-time (Tuesday - Saturday, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM CST)
* Ability to type at least 35 WPM (40 and above is preferred)
**Nice-to-Haves**
While not essential, the following skills and qualifications would be a great asset:
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Knowledge of the automotive industry and its products and services
* Familiarity with online chat platforms and tools
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
