**Responsibilities**
As a Remote Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns
* Providing detailed information about our automotive dealer clients' products and services, helping customers to make informed decisions
* Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring seamless communication between customers and dealerships
* Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, helping to drive revenue growth and business development
* Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback
* Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of the evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary; we're looking for individuals with a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced work environment
* A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* The ability to adapt to change and thrive in a dynamic and ever-evolving industry
* Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on finding creative solutions to complex customer issues
**Requirements**
* Must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, or Wisconsin
* Must own your own computer or laptop with a webcam and microphone
* Must be able to attend four weeks of paid, remote training via Zoom Tuesday through Saturday from the hours of 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM EDT
* Must be able to work five days a week, including a Saturday or Sunday
