**Responsibilities:**
As a Part Time REMOTE Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
* Answering customer questions and requests for supplies, service, and troubleshooting 1st level technical issues via inbound calls, voicemails, and emails.
* Building and maintaining excellent customer service and identifying when technical support is needed.
* Providing clear and concise communications and following up with customers on company schedules, requested lead, and delivery times.
* Working with the Tier 2 team to pass escalated customer technical issues quickly and efficiently.
* Tracking, routing, and escalating unresolved issues to management.
* Remaining current on process updates and technology used within the company.
* Performing duties in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
* Performing other duties as directed by management.
**Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A High School Diploma
* A reliable internet connection
* Experience in a call center environment (a plus)
* Knowledge of word processing software, spreadsheet software, order processing systems, and contact management systems
* The ability to empathize with customers and provide excellent customer service
* The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic internet skills
* Professional communication skills with a high degree of initiative, mature judgment, and discretion
* The ability to navigate through multiple systems
