Role Summary
Core Wellness is a rapidly growing national mental health counseling center and continuing education provider based in Toms River, NJ, serving a community of nearly 15,000 members. We are seeking a professional, articulate, and highly organized Sales & Marketing Representative to support our outreach and growth efforts. Success in this role means consistently executing daily marketing activities, generating qualified leads, and helping expand our corporate and individual course sales through strong communication and follow-through.
This part-time role (approximately 10 hours per week) offers the opportunity to grow within a mission-driven organization dedicated to supporting mental health professionals nationwide. 1-3 years experience in sales is a must as well as experience selling digital products.
Responsibilities
• Create and schedule
daily social media content
across platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook/Meta, Instagram, Pinterest, and other Core Wellness accounts.
• Draft and send
daily email marketing campaigns
to promote courses, workshops, and corporate offerings.
• Conduct
cold calls and warm lead outreach
to agencies, group practices, and individual clinicians to promote corporate plans and continuing education courses.
• Assist with
marketing initiatives and sales campaigns
to increase enrollment and engagement.
• Track outreach efforts and sales activity to support
monthly performance assessments and goal setting
.
• Support additional
marketing and sales projects
as needed to help expand Core Wellness’s reach and membership.
Qualifications
• At least 1-3 years experience in sales and marketing
• Experience in selling digital products as similar to our products as possible (live Zoom events and on-demand content).
• Excellent
verbal and written communication skills
.
• Strong
organizational skills and attention to detail
.
• Experience with
social media marketing and email campaigns
preferred.
• Comfortable with
sales outreach, including cold and warm calls
.
• Basic familiarity with
CRM systems, marketing tools, or social media scheduling platforms
is a plus.
• Ability to work
independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks
in a part-time remote or hybrid environment.
Compensation
Compensation will include a
base hourly rate (based on experience)
plus an
agreed-upon commission percentage on sales directly generated
. Monthly assessments will review progress toward agreed-upon goals, task completion, and sales performance.
