**Responsibilities**
As a Part Time/Casual Customer Service & Sales Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
* Greeting and welcoming customers and guests, demonstrating "active selling," providing product information and guidance, and ensuring a high-quality customer service experience
* Assisting in maintaining the appearance of the sales floor, setting up seasonal promotions/visual displays, and regularly monitoring assigned areas for product restocking and recovery
* Operating cash registers, assisting customers with check-out, and executing appropriate cash handling procedures
* Helping receive and process incoming merchandise and assisting with special orders and store-to-store shipping requests; possibly handling seasonal perishable goods
* Supporting the digital and in-store shopping experience through assisting with responding to customer inquiries

* Demonstrate excellent communication skills
* Be able to occasionally climb ladders
* Be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds as needed
* Be able to stand for long periods of time
**Qualifications**
To be successful as a Part Time/Casual Customer Service & Sales Assistant, you'll need:
* A pleasant personality and excellent customer service skills
* Moderate computer/systems competency
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Prior retail sales experience is helpful but not required
