Minty is seeking a Partnerships Manager to drive growth through strategic partner relationships across affiliate networks, agencies, and ecommerce brands. This role will focus on expanding partner engagement, generating new business opportunities, and strengthening Minty’s position within the partner ecosystem.
This is a highly cross-functional, externally facing role that blends relationship management, business development, and partner education. The ideal candidate will build strong partnerships, surface new revenue opportunities, and ensure partners are equipped to successfully position and scale Minty’s solutions.

Who You Are
You are a relationship-driven partnerships professional with experience managing and growing strategic partner ecosystems. You are equally comfortable building executive relationships, driving new business opportunities, and educating partners on product value and positioning.
You are proactive, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can balance multiple partner initiatives at once. You bring a strong mix of commercial awareness, communication skills, and technical aptitude — allowing you to translate product updates into meaningful partner value.
You are a natural connector who can identify opportunities, influence stakeholders, and drive measurable impact through partnerships.
What You Will Do
Partner Education & Enablement: Develop and deliver learning sessions, business reviews, and ongoing communications to educate agency, network, and brand partners on Minty’s offerings, performance, and opportunities for growth.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate networks, agencies, and key brand stakeholders. Ensure consistent communication across internal teams to align on partner performance, updates, and opportunities.
Pipeline Generation: Identify and qualify new partner and brand opportunities based on ICP criteria. Generate sourced pipeline and support progression through handoff to Account Executives and BDR collaboration.
Partner Engagement: Drive ongoing engagement through milestone tracking, partner spotlights, and proactive outreach to deepen relationships and expand impact.
Events & Networking: Proactively secure meetings and new introductions at industry events and conferences. Develop outreach strategies to maximize event ROI and partnership growth.
Advocacy & Growth: Cultivate partner success stories through case studies, testimonials, reviews, and co-marketing initiatives such as webinars and branded campaigns.
Technical & Market Insight: Stay current on platform updates, partner changes, and industry trends. Translate insights into actionable recommendations for both partners and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
3–6+ years of experience in partnerships, affiliate marketing, business development, or related roles
Experience working with affiliate networks, agencies, or ecommerce brands
Proven ability to build and manage external relationships while driving measurable business outcomes
Strong communication and presentation skills, including experience delivering partner-facing materials
Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
Desired Skills
Experience in affiliate marketing, partner ecosystems, or performance-based partnerships
Strong understanding of ecommerce and digital marketing landscape
Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and identify growth opportunities
Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, customer success, and marketing teams
Proactive, self-starter with strong organizational and follow-through skills
