Paychex Flex Payroll Admin Needed – Small Team

Small agency seeking a reliable freelancer with direct Paychex Flex experience to handle a simple recurring payroll admin task. This is not a full HR role. The main task is reviewing and assembling payroll data from Paychex Time & Attendance for a 5-person team every two weeks. There will also be occasional help with new employee onboarding in Paychex. Responsibilities: •Review Paychex Time & Attendance data every two weeks • Check hours for completeness and flag missing items • Prepare payroll information for approval • Occasional new hire onboarding and employee record updates Requirements: • Actual hands-on experience with Paychex Flex • Experience with Time & Attendance before payroll submission • Strong attention to detail and reliability • Clear communication • U.S.-based preferred When applying, please state: 1.
