Base pay is influenced by several factors including a candidate’s qualifications, relevant experience, and anticipated contributions to meet the needs of the business, along with internal pay equity and external market driven rates. This role supports the successful delivery of projects and programs across the People & Culture (P&C) division. This role partners closely with P&C Centers of Excellence (COE) leaders and project sponsors to translate initiatives into structured project plans, ensure milestones and dependencies are tracked, and provide clear, consistent status reporting. While this role does not have decision‑making authority, it plays a critical coordinating role in aligning work across multiple initiatives—including large strategic programs and business‑as‑usual (BAU) projects—to support enterprise priorities.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
Project & Program Coordination
Partner with P&C COE leaders to develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies
Support large, cross‑functional strategic initiatives as well as ongoing BAU projects within People & Culture
Coordinate project activities across multiple workstreams to ensure alignment and visibility of the full body of work
Identify risks, issues, and dependency conflicts and escalate appropriately to project sponsors or leadership
Tracking, Reporting & Governance
Track project progress against milestones, deliverables, and timelines
Prepare and distribute clear, accurate status reports, dashboards, and summaries for leadership and stakeholders
Maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, risks/issues logs, and meeting artifacts
Support project governance routines (e.g., project check‑ins, steering updates, status reviews)
Stakeholder & Communication Support
Facilitate regular project meetings, including agenda preparation, note‑taking, and action‑item tracking
Serve as a coordination point between COEs, project teams, and leadership to support clarity and execution
Ensure timely follow‑up on action items, deliverables, and decisions made by project sponsors
Continuous Improvement
Support the consistent application of project and program management practices across People & Culture
Identify opportunities to improve project tracking, reporting, and coordination processes
Assist with maintaining templates, standards, and tools used to manage P&C initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience supporting projects or programs, ideally within HR, People & Culture, or a corporate function
Working knowledge of project management concepts, tools, and methodologies
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Experience tracking timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing executive‑level status reports
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting large, cross‑functional or enterprise initiatives
Familiarity with HR/People & Culture functions or COE models
Experience using project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, Asana, Jira, or similar)
PMP, CAPM, or similar project management certification (or working toward one)
