Job Description:
• Assist in maintaining and enhancing BlastX teammate’s experience by helping scale people programs and processes
• Support the development and execution of key PX functions including recruitment, onboarding, and engagement
• Champion the company's core values and culture
• Plan company events and recognition moments
• Communicate across email, Slack, and video to keep teammates informed and connected
• Run day-to-day PX operations including teammate records and benefits administration
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of People Experience (HR) experience in a consultancy or professional services organization
• Experience creating and facilitating engagement activities or programs to ensure a positive team experience
• Recruiting experience qualifying the best talent for various roles within the organization
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
• Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
• Solid understanding of California employment laws and best practices
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification
