to support client intake, clinical compliance, caregiver competency oversight, and ongoing client management on an as-needed basis.

Client Intake & Assessments
• Conduct initial and ongoing client assessments (in-home or virtual)

Compliance & Clinical Oversight
• Ensure compliance with Minnesota home care regulations

Caregiver Competency & Training
• Conduct competency evaluations and skills assessments
• *
Clinical Support
• Provide phone guidance for urgent care questions
• *
Required Qualifications
• Active Minnesota RN license

Preferred Qualifications
• Home care or hospice experience

Compensation is structured per visit or hourly based on service provided.
