TCDII Company is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and dependable Personal Assistant & Errands Coordinator to provide executive and administrative support in a fully remote environment. This position is ideal for someone who excels at multitasking, communicating professionally, solving problems independently, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly. While this is primarily a remote position, the successful candidate may occasionally coordinate local errands or services within their area when required. Key Responsibilities Manage executive calendars, appointments, and scheduling. Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and itineraries. Handle emails, phone calls, and professional correspondence. Research vendors, products, and services to support business operations. Coordinate and arrange local errands through vendors or complete occasional in-person tasks when necessary. Book appointments, reservations, and business services. Track expenses, receipts, and reimbursements. Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents. Maintain organized digital files and company records. Assist with project coordination and follow up on assigned tasks. Communicate professionally with clients, partners, and vendors. Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion. Perform additional administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Must currently reside in the United States. High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, and other common productivity tools. Comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace. Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting executives or business owners remotely. Experience using project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or ClickUp. Experience coordinating travel, events, or vendor relationships. Customer service experience is a plus.
