Key Responsibilities
Work directly with clients to gather trip details, preferences, and timelines
Assist with coordinating travel elements such as lodging, transportation, and activities
Provide updates to keep clients informed on progress and next steps
Review available options and relay relevant information clearly
Respond to client inquiries through phone, email, and online platforms
Help manage changes, requests, and follow-ups as needed
Keep accurate records of client interactions and planning details
Participate in onboarding and continued learning sessions
