Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Pharmacy Benefit Analyst (PBM / Medicare) with strong experience in Medicare pharmacy operations to support high-impact initiatives within a leading healthcare organization. This role is critical to ensuring timely delivery of member materials and compliance with government regulations tied to Medicare pharmacy programs.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop, manage, and distribute member materials including ANOC (Annual Notice of Change) and EOC (Evidence of Coverage).
• Ensure all communications meet regulatory, compliance, and submission timelines.
• Work extensively with Word documents and PDF communications to align with governance standards.
• Support Medicare pharmacy claims processing and reporting requirements.
• Perform data entry and documentation management with high accuracy.
• Coordinate across teams to ensure deadlines and compliance benchmarks are consistently met.
Required Qualifications
• 3+ years of relevant experience in Medicare, pharmacy benefits, or healthcare operations.
• Strong understanding of Medicare pharmacy processes and compliance requirements.
• Experience with reporting, documentation, and data entry.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or 5+ years of equivalent experience in lieu of degree).
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with member materials (ANOC/EOC).
• Exposure to pharmacy benefit management (PBM) environments.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables under strict regulatory deadlines.
