Job Description:
• Oversee the administration and maintenance of physical security systems, enterprise-level security and business software such as SharePoint and Tableau
• Configures, optimized and troubleshoots all security systems’ components
• Collaborates with internal departments and external partners to enhance security and venue best practices and contribute to the ongoing development of the overall security program
• Continuously monitors systems performance, proactively troubleshooting issues, and optimizes system efficiency to ensure security and venue best practices
• Ensures compliance with industry-specific regulations, standards, and policies related to physical security systems
• Ensure installation of new specific security systems software releases, and/or upgrades, including researching, testing, and implementing new technology
• Oversee installation of new technology systems
• Stay up to date on the latest and greatest security system technologies
• Provide training for full-time employees as necessary
• Support development and maintenance of Airtable-based workflows and project tracking systems (priority focus)
• Assist in building and maintaining SharePoint sites to centralize documentation and improve collaboration
• Partner with the Analytics team to support Tableau dashboards and reporting needs
• Help evaluate and implement practical AI tools that improve operational efficiency
• Gather requirements from venue operators and discipline groups and translate them into structured system updates
• Document workflows, create user guides, and support adoption of new tools
• Provide day-to-day troubleshooting and technical support for internally built systems
• Monitor emerging technologies and share recommendations for operational improvements
• Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
• 4+ years of experience in security and technology support, operations systems, business systems, analytics support, or similar field
• Demonstrated experience using Airtable (strongly preferred)
• Familiarity with SharePoint or Microsoft 365 collaboration tools
• Exposure to Tableau or other data visualization platforms
• Interest in AI tools and workflow automation
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and expand technical capabilities over time
• Preferred: Experience in venue operations, hospitality, live events, or multi-location operations environments
• Experience supporting internal stakeholders across multiple departments
