Job description / Position Overview
We are seeking a PA who is looking for something different than the traditional hospital or corporate healthcare environment. This role offers a high degree of clinical autonomy, flexibility, and independence. This is an ideal role for a provider who is confident in their clinical decision-making, values patient relationships, and prefers a more flexible and self-directed work environment.
What Makes This Role Different
Unlike large health systems or corporate medical groups, HWMS offers:
• Autonomy in Clinical Practice - You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients independently, with support from experienced wound care leadership when needed.
• Flexible Scheduling - Your day is not dictated by rigid clinic templates. You will organize your schedule based on patient needs, geography, and clinical priorities.
• Lower Administrative Burden - We minimize unnecessary bureaucracy so you can focus on patient care rather than navigating layers of approval.
• Patient-Centered Care Model - You will have the time and flexibility to truly manage complex wounds and build meaningful relationships with patients.
