Power Platform and Copilot Engineer

Role Overview: We are seeking a hands-on platform administrator and engineer to own the administration, governance, and operationalization of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Agent 365, and the Power Platform. This role sits at the intersection of low-code and pro-code, ensuring Copilot and agent solutions are deployed securely, governed consistently, and scaled reliably across the enterprise. Platforms & Products: • Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Agent 365 • Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, custom connectors) Key Responsibilities: Platform Administration (Power Platform & Copilot): • Administer Power Platform environments, DLP policies, capacity, solutions, and Power Automate flows via the Power Platform Admin Center. • Configure and maintain Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio environments, including topics, actions/plugins, connectors, publishing, and lifecycle management. • Manage tenant-level AI controls such as data movement, plugin approvals, app permissions, and external data connections. Governance, Reporting & Audits: • Produce and automate Copilot usage, adoption, and licensing reports using the M365 Admin Center. • Build governance dashboards covering environments, makers, connectors, and DLP violations. • Run periodic audits (access reviews, DLP compliance, plugin approvals, data residency) and track remediation through closure. Engineering & Automation: • Design and maintain admin automations (e.g., flow governance alerts, environment inventories). • Implement CI/CD pipelines (GitLab) and deployment scripts for solution promotion across Dev/Test/Prod. • Standardize environment provisioning and governance using policy-as-code and scripting (PowerShell/CLI). Security, Privacy & Compliance: • Apply enterprise security guardrails for agents and Copilot (AuthN/AuthZ, data access controls, approvals). • Partner with security and governance teams to review exceptions and ensure regulatory alignment. Collaboration & Enablement: • Partner with platform owners, security, data, and product teams to support enterprise AI rollout. • Onboard third-party and internally built agents into Copilot via Agent 365. • Provide Tier-3 platform support and educate makers on safe, scalable design patterns. • Produce clear documentation, runbooks, and admin standards. Required Skills & Experience: • Strong experience administering Power Platform (environments, DLP, capacity, ALM, Power Automate governance). • Hands-on configuration of Copilot and Copilot Studio (topics, actions/plugins, connectors, publishing). • Experience integrating agents with internal and third-party systems using APIs, connectors, and service endpoints. • Knowledge of agent orchestration, state management, testing, observability, and quality controls. • Ability to bridge low-code and pro-code solutions, integrating Copilot Studio with custom services. • Familiarity with enterprise identity, security, and governance models as applied to AI platforms. • Comfortable with scripting and automation, including CI/CD tooling (GitLab). • Clear communicator with the ability to translate policy into repeatable operational controls Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
