ABOUT THE ROLE
We are a multi-location healthcare operation running three distinct brands — dental implants, general dentistry, and medical aesthetics. We need a skilled print designer who can produce polished, professional print materials across all three brands, maintaining a clean and distinct visual identity for each.
This is a project-based engagement. We will bring you in on individual projects and build an ongoing relationship with designers who deliver quality work on time. There is no shortage of work for the right person — we have three active brands, multiple locations, and new locations opening soon.

THE THREE BRANDS — WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
You will be designing for three distinct brands. Each has its own voice, audience, and aesthetic. You must be able to switch between them cleanly without the work feeling generic.
Dental Implants — Premium, trust-focused, clinical confidence. Patients are making a significant financial and medical decision. Design must communicate expertise, permanence, and care. Clean and sophisticated — not flashy.
General Dentistry — Approachable, warm, family-friendly. Broader audience including families and Spanish-speaking patients. Design should feel welcoming and accessible without being cheap or generic.
Medical Aesthetics — Modern, aspirational, visually driven. Patients care deeply about how things look. Design must feel elevated, on-trend, and aesthetically refined. This brand lives closest to a luxury lifestyle brand.

YOU ARE THE RIGHT FIT IF
• You have a strong print design portfolio — brochures, signage, and stationery across multiple clients
• You understand print production — bleed, trim, safe zones, CMYK color profiles, and print-ready file formats
• You can work within brand guidelines when provided and help develop them when they are not
• You design for three different audiences without making everything look the same
• You turn around clean, print-ready files without needing multiple revision rounds to get the basics right
• You are familiar with healthcare or medical design — you understand that accuracy and professionalism are non-negotiable in this category
• You are comfortable with InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop — or equivalent professional tools
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
WHAT WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR
• Designers who produce templated or generic work that could belong to any business
• Designers who are not familiar with print production requirements — we cannot go back and forth fixing files before sending to print
• Digital-only designers who have never produced print-ready files
• Designers who need extensive hand-holding on brand direction for every project
