In this role, you will perform Probabilistic Risk Assessments for nuclear power plant systems, evaluate vulnerabilities, and collaborate with global project teams.
Responsibilities
- Assess domestic and international operating plants, and new reactors in design phase
- Review plant operating procedures, system/layout documents like piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs) and cable routes to understand plant systems and operation
- Database management and data analysis tasks using a variety of tools
- Present technical topics and interface with global customers and regulatory bodies
- Partner w/ global project teams contributing to technical scope, execution, meetings and financial goals
Skills
- 0+ years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or Nuclear
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
- Desire to earn Professional Engineer in Training (EIT) license
- 10% travel availability to domestic or international customer sites
