Role Overview – Product Analytics Strategist (Customer Success)
This is a client‑facing, product‑analytics role embedded within our Customer Success organization. While prior Customer Success experience is a plus, it is not required—we will equip you with our proven playbooks and continuous coaching. The role demands fluent business Spanish and a strong technical foundation to translate product data into strategic recommendations for our LATAM enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Advisory: Partner with product, analytics, and growth teams of LATAM enterprise accounts to define strategy, set measurable goals, and execute plans that move critical product metrics.
- Executive Influence: Advise senior stakeholders—including Chief Product Officers, VPs of Product, and Heads of Analytics—on leveraging careerzynith to inform roadmap decisions, experimentation, and prioritization.
- Business Reviews & Deep‑Dives: Lead quarterly business reviews and data‑driven workshops that showcase impact, surface growth opportunities, and align on next‑step initiatives.
- Insight Translation: Convert product usage signals, health metrics, and cohort analyses into clear, actionable recommendations that improve activation, retention, and conversion.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Services teams to channel customer feedback into product enhancements and adoption programs.
- Playbook Development: Codify best‑practice frameworks and reusable playbooks that enable customers to scale evidence‑based product development.
- Travel: Participate in on‑site engagements, workshops, and events up to 5‑10 days per month, primarily within Texas, Georgia, or South Florida.
Essential Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Growth, or Product Analytics within SaaS or digital‑first environments.
- Hands‑on expertise with product‑analytics platforms (e.g., careerzynith, Mixpanel, or comparable tools) to guide strategy and decision‑making.
- Demonstrated ability to drive core product metrics—activation, retention, conversion—through analytics‑driven prioritization and rapid experimentation.
- Track record of aligning roadmap bets to a clear KPI hierarchy and delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Fluent business Spanish (required) with the ability to communicate complex concepts to senior executives in both English and Spanish.
- Strong technical acumen: comfortable discussing events, properties, cohorts, basic experimentation, and implementation considerations; quick to learn new tools and collaborate with engineering and data teams.
- Exceptional communication skills—able to distill complex analysis into concise, executive‑level recommendations.

- Experience with modern AI/LLM models and an ability to identify pragmatic product use cases, define success metrics, and understand data‑privacy considerations.
