About the role
We’re looking for a Product Manager to own and scale our core AI features at Fireflies.
This is a highly hands-on role. You’ll work closely with engineering and design to ship fast, iterate on AI outputs, and continuously improve the user experience.
What you’ll do
Own and improve core AI features like daily digest and meeting summaries
Build and iterate on AI apps/use-cases on top of Fireflies data
Drive prompt engineering efforts to improve output quality and reliability
Work closely with engineering and design to ship fast and iterate based on feedback
Define and track key product metrics (usage, engagement, output quality)
Continuously experiment, test, and improve AI experiences
What we’re looking for
2–4 years of experience in a high growth startup. Experience with AI first products would be a plus
Prior experience building 0→1 or scaling product features
High ownership and bias for action — someone who takes charge and executes
Strong familiarity with AI tools (e.g. Claude, Cursor, etc.) and actively using them in day-to-day work
Familiarity with prompt iteration, evaluation, or output quality frameworks
Good product sense with an eye for UX/UI (especially dashboards and user-facing features)
Metrics-driven mindset — comfortable working with data to drive decisions
Ability to thrive in ambiguity and move quickly
