Position Summary
We are seeking a disciplined and passionate Product Manager to improve customer satisfaction by:
Driving product enhancements based on customer feedback
Releasing more frequently and with minimal impact to customers
Improving the visibility and predictability of enhancement requests and releases
Mentoring our team in product management best practices
Key Responsibilities
Own the research, ideation, development, launch, post-launch tracking, ongoing enhancements, and improvement of our dealer management system (ERP) to create strong outcomes for our customers and business
Gather customer feedback to define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities within the core product. Develop business and product requirement documents to meet product strategies
Lead R&D teams to ensure the application delivers to requirements on time and meets business needs
Develop and manage relationships with manufacturers to create mutually beneficial partnerships and integrations on time
Drive adoption of new features, add-ons, and initiatives
Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product. Drive consensus through customer focus groups
Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of user stories
Lead planning for product releases, set expectations for delivery of new functionalities, and facilitate internal and external training
Evaluate competitors and the market for capabilities and emerging technology trends
Work collaboratively with Marketing to develop go-to-market strategies, core messaging, and enablement tools
Track and report on product metrics to measure success
Required Qualifications
Previous working experience as a Product Owner for software product
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Computer Science or another technical field
Knowledge of Agile process and principles; Certified Scrum Product Owner is a plus
Good understanding of cloud technologies and experience with SaaS model
User experience design experience (research, mapping opportunities, and developing concepts)

Salary Range:
The estimated base salary range for this role is USD$117,000.00 - USD$143,000.00 per year. We include salary ranges in job postings only where required by applicable pay transparency laws, based on the jurisdictions in which the role may be performed. The posted range is a good faith estimate and reflects factors that are subject to change. Final offer amounts may vary based on job-related factors, including work location, candidate experience and expertise, and other relevant considerations.
Other Compensation (US Only):
This role will also be eligible for participation in a Company profit sharing bonus plan. Plan details will be provided to you upon hire.

Time off (US Only):
The Company provides a minimum of 10 days of vacation for new employees , sick time based on state requirements, 8 Company-paid holidays and 2 personal holidays per year.
