What You'll Be Doing
- Own the user acquisition funnel as a product - from idea to execution to optimization.
- Analyze competitors, market trends, and user behavior to uncover new growth opportunities.
- Continuously generate, validate, and prioritize bold hypotheses for A/B tests and funnel improvements.
- Drive the full cycle of funnel experiments: ideation → design → development → analytics → insights → scale.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams: performance marketing, product, analytics, creative, and engineering - to execute fast.
- Collaborate with creative team to develop campaigns with sharp, clear value propositions.
- Exploit AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, automation frameworks) to accelerate research, ideation, and execution.
What Will Help You Thrive
- 2+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth, Product Management, Performance Marketing, or similar roles.
- Solid understanding of user acquisition funnels, retention loops, unit economics, and the metrics that matter.
- Proven ability to run A/B tests, analyze results, and derive actionable insights.
- Experience working with analytics tools (Amplitude, GA, Tableau, etc.) and turning data into stories & actions.
- Strong research skills - able to spot trends, analyze competitors, and understand user needs deeply.
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher - you can clearly articulate ideas, hypotheses, and results.
