Product Marketing Manager (Ads / Creative Automation) Location: Hybrid: onsite for 3 days a week: MPK / SF / NYC Preferred Pay: $115-130/Hr (W2) Duration: Initial 12-month contract (expected extension/conversion) Schedule: Full-time, 40 hrs/week (Mon-Fri) Target Start: May/ASAP 2026 Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid vacation & sick leave Job Overview: The Business Product Marketing team finds the intersection between people's needs, marketers' needs, and Meta's strongest differentiators to drive the development, launch, and growth of industry-leading business products. The products we build enable businesses to grow and communities to prosper. You'll help shape and launch Meta's advertising products by connecting advertiser needs, market insights, and product capabilities. This role focuses on driving go-to-market (GTM) strategy, especially for AI-powered ad tools, while working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, UXR, and Marketing. You should be strong in digital advertising/monetization, product marketing, and cross-functional execution in fast-paced environments. What You'll Do: • Define market needs and influence product development through research and analysis • Own and support go-to-market strategy for ad products • Help shape product positioning and messaging (naming, testing, coordination) • Create and maintain GTM documentation and internal/external messaging • Support execution of marketing assets, Help Center content, and communications • Track project progress, manage timelines, and coordinate stakeholders • Translate advertiser needs into actionable product requirements • Identify product risks and improvement opportunities • Drive alignment across global/regional teams for consistent execution Must Have Skills: • Professional experience in technology, internet technology, strategic marketing, product management, or management consulting • Organizational skills (problem solving, multitasking, working independently in a dynamic, rapidly changing workplace) • Communication skills • 8 - 10 years of experience required • Bachelor's degree (minimum requirement), MBA (preferred) Good-to-Have Skills: • Experience in product marketing capacity • Experience in independently leading go-to-market for products with global reach • Experience leading global teams through influence and ability to drive resolution in the context of competing perspectives Pursuant to the California Fair Chance Act, Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers, Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, and San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, qualified applicants will be considered for assignment with arrest and conviction records.
