Product Success Intern

This is a remote position. Company: SOLO Network (SPARKPLUS Technologies) Role: Product Success Intern Salary: ₹2,000 – ₹4,000 per month About SOLO Network SOLO Network is a skills-first credentialing platform enabling institutions, employers, and learners to build verifiable skill pathways through badges and structured learning journeys. The platform bridges learning and real-world outcomes by aligning credentials with career progression. Job Description: This role operates across both B2B (institutions, employers) and B2C (learners) sides of the platform. As a Product Success Intern, you will help design and implement badge strategies for organizations while ensuring learners are effectively engaged and progressing through structured skill pathways. The role requires ecosystem thinking — understanding how institutional goals, employer requirements, and learner journeys connect to drive measurable outcomes. Key Responsibilities: B2B – Client Onboarding & Strategy * Support onboarding of institutions and employers onto SOLO Network * Design badge and credential strategies aligned with workforce or learning objectives * Structure programs into clear skill pathways and career tracks B2C – Learner Journey Design * Map learning programs into engaging, outcome-driven learner journeys * Ensure badges reflect real skill progression and career milestones * Improve learner experience across onboarding, progression, and completion Feature Enablement & Adoption * Recommend platform features based on client use cases * Guide clients in implementing badges, pathways, and engagement mechanisms * Act as a translator between product capabilities and real-world use cases Engagement & Performance Monitoring * Track both client-level and learner-level engagement * Identify drop-offs in learner journeys and adoption gaps in clients * Suggest improvements to increase completion rates and platform usage Outcome & Impact Tracking * Help define success metrics across institutions and learners * Ensure learning translates into credentials and credentials into outcomes * Support reporting and insights for continuous improvement Requirements Requirements: * Strong structured thinking and problem-solving mindset * Ability to understand both business needs (B2B) and user experience (B2C) * Good communication skills with the ability to explain concepts clearly to different stakeholders * Interest in EdTech, skill development, or workforce ecosystems * Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and basic analytics * Proactive attitude with an ownership mindset Benefits Benefits: * Hands-on experience in building and scaling a two-sided platform * Exposure to credentialing systems, skill frameworks, and workforce transformation * Direct involvement in client strategy, product adoption, and learner engagement * Opportunity to work closely with founders and contribute to core platform growth * Real experience in understanding how learning connects to career outcomes
