Supporting the Executive Director and the Effective District Framework Accelerator team, the full-time remote Program Manager will drive day-to-day execution across a portfolio of districts, focusing on cohort implementation, program administration, and cross-organizational coordination to enhance system-wide improvement. Key responsibilities • Serve as a primary support partner to a cohort of EDFA intervention and opt-in districts, ensuring alignment to the EDFA playbook and implementation expectations • Coordinate and track district progress across key milestones, including battle planning, launch readiness, and ongoing execution priorities • Manage execution across EDFA workstreams, including playbook updates, professional development, and governance coordination Required qualifications • Bachelor's degree required • Four or more years of experience in program management, education systems, or a related field • Experience supporting complex initiatives requiring coordination across internal teams and external partners • Preferred experience working with K-12 school systems or large-scale education initiatives • Preferred familiarity with instructional systems and performance management
