Role Overview
As a Project Leader TGA, you will be responsible for independent planning, control, and implementation of projects in the field of Technical Building Equipment (TGA) with a focus on refrigeration and climate technology. You will coordinate and lead external service providers, specialist companies, and planning offices. You will ensure the operation of combined refrigeration systems and associated refrigerated cabinets or plug-in refrigerators.

Your responsibilities will include independent planning, control, and implementation of projects, coordination and leadership of external service providers, ensuring the operation of combined refrigeration systems, monitoring of project schedules and costs, conducting tenders, and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and technical guidelines.

Requirements
- Completed studies in supply engineering, building technology, or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in project management in the field of TGA with a focus on refrigeration technology
- In-depth knowledge of planning, operation, and maintenance of refrigeration systems
- Safe handling of VOB/B and HOAI
- Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations (DIN EN 378, F-Gas Ordinance, BetrSichV, TRBS, Pressure Vessel Directive, VDI 6022)
- Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style
- Communication strength and safe appearance towards internal and external stakeholders
- Safe handling of MS Office and ideally CAFM systems
