Project Manager, Marketing Operations

Position Overview The Project Manager, Marketing Operations coordinates incoming project requests, manages creative services workflows, and supports day-to-day MarCom operations. This role ensures projects move efficiently from intake to delivery while maintaining the organization's digital asset management system and providing administrative support to cross-functional teams.  Key Responsibilities  Project coordination & intake management  Manage incoming requests from internal stakeholders via ticketing queue, ensuring timely triage and response to MarCom-related needs  Review and scope peer-to-peer and community engagement projects following intake through standardized brief forms  Translate project briefs into actionable plans, including task creation, timelines, and resource coordination  Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure all required inputs are secured before production  Creative services & approval management  Oversee external approvals and coordinate creative services requests from chapter staff  Route vendor and Community Engagement quotes and proofs, ensuring timely review and approvals  Maintain and update tracker sheets to log quotes, proofs, and project details for visibility  Ensure projects move efficiently through review and approval processes  Route finalized materials for production or upload into digital platforms  Stakeholder support & administration  Provide administrative support for MarCom meetings activities, including scheduling, note-taking, and maintaining member records  Serve as a point of contact for internal teams to ensure transparency and alignment  Digital asset management  Maintain and optimize the digital asset management (DAM) system  Ensure metadata accuracy and enforce asset naming conventions  Archive or remove outdated assets on a regular cadence  Assist with creation and updates of templates to ensure brand consistency    What Success Looks Like  Requests are triaged consistently and stakeholders always know where their project stands  Creative approvals move through without bottlenecks and trackers are reliably up to date  The DAM is a trusted, well-organized resource the organization actually uses  Cross-functional partners see MarCom as responsive, organized, and easy to work with  Qualifications  Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)  3–5 years of experience in project management, marketing operations, or a similar role  Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask across programs and projects in a fast-paced environment  Excellent written and verbal communication skills  Experience collaborating on design-related or creative production projects  Familiarity with project management tools and DAM systems preferred  Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools required, including Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint; experience with Wrike and Orange Logic a plus  Target Salary - $65k - $75k Essential Functions: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
