About the role We are looking for a Product Owner (full-time, remote) who seamlessly blends the skills of a Business Analyst and a Project Manager. In this role, you will be the bridge between business stakeholders and the delivery team — responsible for both defining what gets built and making sure it gets delivered on time, at quality, and within scope. You will own the full product lifecycle: from discovery and requirements gathering, through sprint planning and execution, to delivery and retrospective. You will be expected to ask the right questions, keep the team unblocked, and translate business goals into actionable, well-structured work. Possible project types - Design projects: UX/UI design, branding, marketing materials. - Development projects: websites, web platforms, mobile apps, integrations. - Support project What Your Day Looks Like As a Business Analyst You start by syncing with stakeholders and the team — stand-ups, Jira, Slack. You spend mid-morning in discovery: stakeholder interviews, workshops, and digging into root problems. Your output is structured and clear. Write user stories with clear acceptance criteria Create process diagrams (BPMN, flows, wireframe annotations) Produce PRDs, BRDs, and other requirement docs Act as the 'source of truth' for requirements Collaborate with UX on edge cases and flows Support QA with expected behaviors and test prep Constantly ask: 'What problem are we actually solving?' As a Project manager You scan dashboards, track deadlines and risks, and run stand-ups to surface blockers early. You keep the team moving by unblocking dependencies and aligning stakeholders on progress. Own and maintain sprint plans, roadmaps, and timelines Identify risks early and escalate when needed Manage scope, budget, and delivery expectations Balance resources — who is overloaded, who is free Provide clear status updates to stakeholders and leadership Review deliverables and push for fixes before they grow Think 2–3 steps ahead to keep the team unblocked Key Responsibilities Own the product backlog: creation, grooming, prioritization, and refinement Gather requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and research Write structured deliverables: user stories, acceptance criteria, PRDs, process diagrams Plan and manage sprints, timelines, and delivery milestones Track project health: risks, blockers, scope changes, and resource allocation Communicate project status and expectations to stakeholders and leadership Collaborate daily with designers, developers, and QA to clarify and validate requirements Review built functionality against requirements and adjust documentation accordingly Continuously bridge business goals and product/engineering decisions 2+ years of experience as a BA, PM, or Product Owner in outsource companies Experience working on 2+ projects simultaneously Strong skills in requirements elicitation and documentation Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools Ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria Experience creating process diagrams (BPMN, UML, flowcharts) Strong communication and facilitation skills Proven ability to manage competing priorities and stakeholders Upper-Intermediate English (written and spoken) Nice-to-have Experience in a dual BA/PM role Familiarity with UX/UI principles and tools (Figma, Miro) Experience in product-led or consulting company Exposure to technical architecture discussions What we offer: - Flexible schedule & opportunity to work remotely; - Friendly & open team who have fun creating cool projects together; - Opportunity to boost your professional & personal growth; - Regular team gathering activities; - 20 business days of paid vacation + UA national holidays; - Medical insurance full coverage; - 10 + 5 days paid sick leave; How we operate: - We promise dramatic professional growth & interesting work - Bring ideas that will change how Fulcrum operates, and you will receive our gratitude and rewards - Your opinion matters.
