We are looking for a dedicated Site Superintendent to lead the installation of the crushing, screening, and washing equipment used to build our nation's roads, bridges, and hospitals. As a Site Superintendent who takes pride in building with excellence, in this role, you will: • Lead the Field: Manage the full lifecycle of subcontractors and internal teams to keep the project moving forward. • Drive the Schedule: Own the project timeline; identify bottlenecks before they happen and keep us on track. • Master the Details: Translate complex blueprints into reality, providing clear technical direction to the crew. • Own the Quality: Inspect every piece of equipment and every hour of labor to ensure it meets our high standards. • Communicate with Impact: Act as the face of the company for the customer while keeping meticulous records of site activities. • Champion Safety: Work hand-in-hand with the Safety Director to lead by example and keep our teams out of harm's way. • Manage the Environment: Ensure the site remains organized, professional, and debris-free. Shift • This position follows a rotation of 4 consecutive weeks on-site followed by 1 week off Employee Benefits • Weekly paycheck • Boot reimbursements up to $125 • Medical insurance - Covers 75% of premiums • Dental and vision insurance • Company paid life insurance • 401K retirement account with 5% company match • On the spot bonuses up to $100 Qualifications • Commitment to the Road: 100% travel is required. You are ready and willing to be where the work is, leading our projects across various locations. • Proven Field Leadership: A minimum of 5 years of construction experience, ideally with a background in supervisory or management roles. • Technical Expertise: A deep understanding of all construction phases and the ability to fluently read and interpret blueprints. • Operational Safety: Expert knowledge and a commitment to the safe operation of all machinery within your area of responsibility. • Effective Communication: Highly developed verbal and written skills, with the ability to represent the company professionally to customers and crews. • Reliable Logistics: A valid driver's license and dependable transportation are essential for navigating our project sites. • Tech-Savvy Management: Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and E1 (or a willingness to master our systems). • Strategic Alignment: The ability to manage your time effectively while supporting and executing all company decisions and project goals. • Bonus Skills: Familiarity with survey equipment is a significant plus and will help you hit the ground running.
