Job Description:
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
• Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports and supporting documentation.
• Conduct accurate data entry and maintain organized financial records.
• Answer and handle tenant calls , providing timely assistance and support.
• Update tenant accounts, payments, and lease records in AppFolio.
• Process and track tenant payments, invoices, and balances.
• Coordinate with property managers and vendors on billing and payments.
• Perform other tasks related to the position.
Requirements:
• Proficient level of English (written and spoken).
• Strong interpersonal and phone communication skills with excellent customer service approach.
• Experience utilizing AppFolio for property management operations.
• Bookkeeping knowledge and ability to maintain accurate financial records.
• Experience managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
• Proficiency in performing bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial balances.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Out-of-the-box thinker with a reliable, self-motivated, and confident approach.
• Ability to work in alignment with U.S. Eastern Time (New York time) business hours.
