Good Life Property Management is seeking an experienced Maintenance Coordinator to join our growing team. As the Property Management Maintenance Coordinator you are responsible for arranging repairs and maintenance across a large number of rental units; this can include identifying vendors, scheduling repairs and verifying quality of work performed. This position is fully remote and you can reside in any geographic location but you must be able to work 8:30-5:00 PST hours.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesContacts approved vendors for support
Research and onboard new vendors as needed
Obtains landlord approval in accordance with management agreement terms, escalates issues to PME as needed, coordinates maintenance and repairs upon approval
Develops maintenance plans and implements them
Ensures quality control standard are consistently met
Purchases any equipment, tools or materials that may be required
Assesses procedures and makes recommendations for improvement
Orders and coordinates delivery of appliances and materials for occupied properties
Approves maintenance invoices
Troubleshoots maintenance tickets
All other duties as assigned
Skills and QualificationsCollege Degree (preferred)
Minimum of 1 year of maintenance coordination experience
Excellent customer service and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of G-Suite applications (Gmail, Drive, Google Sheets)
Experience in Appfolio and LeadSimple (preferred)
Internet speed of 50 mbps and above
This position is fully remote and you can reside in any geographic location but you must be able to work 8:30 -5:00 PST hours
Rate of Pay: $8-$9/hour
