Avala Equities is expanding, and we’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented Property Manager to take oversee of a diverse portfolio of multi-family assets.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
• Oversee day-to-day operations of residential properties
• Manage tenant relations, leasing activity, and renewals
• Coordinate maintenance, capital projects, and vendor relationships
• Monitor budgets, control expenses, and support financial performance
• Ensure compliance with Alberta tenancy regulations and safety standards
• Work closely with ownership on strategy, reporting, and asset improvement
What We’re Looking For
• 1+ years of property management experience
• Strong understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act (Alberta)
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple properties/projects
• Confident communicator with tenants, contractors, and internal teams
• Proactive problem-solver who takes ownership and drives results
• Experience with rent collection, arrears management, and budgeting

Compensation
Compensation for this role is structured at $50 per unit, per month, based on the number of units under management.
In addition, bonuses are offered for maintaining fully occupied properties
