Quant / Algorithmic Trading Consultant (Crypto Spot – Market Making)
Description:
We are looking for a Quant / Algorithmic Trading Consultant to advise on building a proprietary Crypto Spot trading system (non-leveraged).
Key Focus:
• Market Making / Micro-Spread Trading
• Stablecoins (USDT / USDC)
• Limit Orders only (Maker / Post-Only)
• No technical indicators or price-based Stop Loss
• Zero-Loss First approach (Cancel / Breakeven instead of Loss)
Role:
• Advisory only — no programming required
Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and select the right trading developer
• Review technical system design
• Ensure proper implementation of WebSocket, Execution Engine, latency handling, partial fills, and Kill Switch
• Review work before final payment
• Explain results to non-technical stakeholders
Requirements:
• Proven experience in Algorithmic / Quant Trading
• Hands-on experience with Crypto Spot (Futures experience alone is insufficient)
• Deep understanding of Order Book, Limit/Maker Orders, Market Making, Execution Risk
• Experience on platforms like Binance Spot
