Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Real Estate Buyer's Agent located in San Diego, CA. The Buyer's Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in the buying process, including identifying suitable properties, conducting showings, and negotiating purchase agreements. Other tasks include maintaining strong customer relationships, staying current with market trends, managing property listings, and collaborating with the sales team to meet the needs of buyers. Exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of real estate are integral to this position.
Qualifications
• 2+ years experience.
• Active Real Estate License is required.
• Proficiency in Real Estate and Real Property principles, including market trends and property values.
• Strong Sales and negotiation skills to support clients in buying decisions and closing deals.
• Excellent Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive client relationships.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively and effectively in an on-site team environment.
• Previous experience with real estate transactions is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus.
• Knowledge of the San Diego real estate market is an advantage.
This role is commission based with no ceiling.
Compempensation: $100,000 - $200,000
