Receptionist

Guarantee Trust Life Insurance Company (GTL) is currently seeking a Receptionist to join our team! The Receptionist is responsible for greeting guests, answering the telephone, directing calls and providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a fluid transition for external parties visiting or calling the company.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and inform employees of their guest's arrival
• Discern the nature and purpose of calls coming in through the switchboard and direct them accordingly
• Requires a positive and professional manner and basic knowledge of the operations of the company
• Send out mailings
• Projects for other departments throughout the company - for example, data entry in Excel, creation of word documents, entering data and maintaining policies on internal systems

• Able to multi-task with detail-oriented focus
• High school diploma or equivalent, 1-2 years of college is preferred
• Customer Service experience a plus
• Experience with Data Entry, Word & Excel software a plus
