Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and check in patients in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Schedule and confirm appointments using our EMR system.
• Answer and direct phone calls, providing exceptional customer service.
• Verify patient insurance information and collect co-pays as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Communicate effectively with team members and medical staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with administrative tasks sucks as filing, faxing, and scanning documents.
Position is on-site, Monday through Friday. Remote work not available.
Qualifications:
• 1+ years of experience in a medical office.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and strong computer skills.
• Basic medical knowledge.
• Bilingual skills are preferred.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel to satellite locations as needed.
