Job Summary

As a Recruiter at Yokly, you will lead the full-cycle recruitment process, from talent sourcing to onboarding, ensuring we hire high-caliber candidates who contribute to the company's growth and mission. You will collaborate with hiring managers across different business units (Task, Connect, Create, Books, and Enterprise) to fulfill workforce demands while upholding diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) best practices.

This role requires a results-driven professional with strong networking, interviewing, and talent management skills. You will also play a key role in employee retention by ensuring cultural fit and long-term engagement.
