Recruiter, Early Talent, University, New Grad

Job Description: • Partner with hiring managers across Engineering to build targeted hiring strategies and attract top early career talent • Support end-to-end recruitment activities—leading interviews, facilitating offers, and overseeing intern programs • Act as a Whatnot brand ambassador at university, campus, and early career events, *travel required at campus peak times* • Iterate on candidate feedback • Build long-term relationships with high-potential candidates by understanding their motivations • Juggle a variety of openings at once. • Emphasize diversity.
