Recruiter -Golden Home Healthcare (Multi-Location, Remote)
Golden Home Healthcare is growing and we're looking for a driven, creative Recruiter to help us find the caregivers who make our multi-location home healthcare agency possible. If you love building candidate pipelines, running smart social media campaigns, and connecting with HHAs, LPNs, and RNs who want to make a difference in pediatric home care, we want to talk to you.
About the Role
As our Recruiter, you'll own full-cycle recruitment across all our locations. You'll build and manage sourcing strategies, screen and interview candidates, and partner closely with our leadership team to keep every location fully staffed with qualified, compassionate caregivers with a special focus on pediatric home healthcare staffing.
This is a remote position, and you'll be fully supported by our in-house social media team, who will handle content creation and ad production for your campaigns your job is recruitment strategy, targeting, and candidate relationships.
What You'll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple Golden Home Healthcare locations
- Design and run targeted social media recruitment campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) in partnership with our content/ad team
- Source, screen, and build direct pipelines for HHAs, LPNs, and RNs, with an emphasis on candidates interested in pediatric home healthcare
- Develop and maintain relationships with nursing schools, CNA/HHA training programs, and community organizations
- Track recruitment metrics and adjust strategy based on what's working
- Guide candidates through screening, interviews, credentialing, and onboarding
- Collaborate with location managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities
What We're Looking For
- Experience in healthcare recruiting (home healthcare or pediatric care experience strongly preferred)
- Hands-on experience running social media recruitment campaigns
- Comfort with direct/targeted sourcing for clinical roles (HHA, LPN, RN)
- Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in connecting people with meaningful caregiving careers
- Self-motivated and organized — you'll be managing recruitment across multiple locations remotely
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) a plus
Compensation
$55,000. /Year, based on experience plus performance-based incentives tied to hires and campaign results.
• (This range reflects the specialized, multi-location scope of the role; base healthcare recruiter salaries in Pennsylvania typically run $53K–$60K, and this role is positioned above that baseline given the social media and clinical-specialty focus.)*

Location
Remote candidates based in central Pennsylvania preferred, but open to strong candidates elsewhere.
